Option to create a PTR record when adding/updating an A/AAAA record

Support for creating PTR's added in 706a004.

Still need to get support for deleting them.

I need to merge deleting PTR records into the delete_dnsrecord.py script.

Done:
Counting objects: 7, done.
Compressing objects: 100% (4/4), done.
Writing objects: 100% (4/4), 991 bytes, done.
Total 4 (delta 3), reused 0 (delta 0)
