Is there a trustworthy ready-to-use Docker image for my Synology?

I'm using a Synology NAS and have quite some Docker images running. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to compile them on my own. Thus, I'm looking for a trustworthy source of a compiled Docker image.

This is not a Docker image but something to compile it on your own. Still searching for a precompiled image on Docker Hub.

The docker images are available here: ghcr.io/ente-io/server. Not on docker hub. Also see #7469.
