Allow swiping through each photos details page rather than opening it manually each time... #10572

I like to check times when photos were taken, shutter speed and more recently if the machine learning has picked up faces correctly.
So I open the photo, then swipe up to open the details page to review. To do the next photo I have to close the details page, change photo and reopen.
It would be great if swiping here allowed it to show the details of the next photo.
