Add loading bar or percentage on top for videos for desktop

When we open the desktop app, there's a nice green bar that indicates the app is loading (Assets and whatnot)

Having the same bar on top of a video loading would be great. The file size is known, and we get a loading spinning bar with a percentage on mobile, why not on Desktop?

It really creates friction pertaining to UX not knowing how much has been downloaded, especially if we're trying to show a video to someone, or even waiting to see it ourselves.

The spinning circle is a good indicator, but not enough IMO.
