Tanstack on Elysia

Since tansack start is getting a bit of traction I was interested in combining Elysia with it. Currentyl the docs show off ability to have elysia as a server handler for tanstack server routes. I wanted to have Tanstack inside Elysia to integreate stuff like Single Binary Deployment.

I created minimal reproduction of that and I was wondering @SaltyAom if you would like to have it somewhere or if that's even a good direction.
