Flatpak: Bash aliases do not work in terminal pane

What Happened?

I use several aliases for convenience when using native Code app, however these aliases are not found when entered in the Flatpak app terminal pane.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom bash alias in ~/.bashrc
2. Confirm it works in the Terminal
3. Open Flatpak Code and enter alias into the terminal pane
4. It is not found

Expected Behavior

It should be possible enter bash aliases into the terminal pane in the Flatpak version of Code

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)

This makes sense — bash only sources .bashrc for interactive shells & it's likely the integrated terminal inside the Flatpak sandbox isn't being spawned with -i/-l, so it skips loading user aliases entirely
Hppy to look into the PTY/shell spawn code if this issue needs someone --can test adding -i/-l to the bash invocation and see if that resolves it
