Harmony Relationship Seeder doesn't always insert the URL hash to the `All Services` button

Hello there!

The Harmony Recordings Relationship Seeder seems to have a bug, although I cannot pinpoint it since it is intermittent and there's no clear reproduction steps.

The problem is that sometimes when I click on the 'All Services' button, the release relationship page opens but there's no 'Seed URLs to Recordings' button on MB and the whole URL hash param is missing. The dev console is clean. It also seems implausible that any other userscript wipes it out. I suspect that the generated link for the 'All Services' button on Harmony doesn't get inserted immediately or maybe it remounts at some point and it happens to coincide with my click.

I understand that this report is quite vague and without clear reproduction steps there isn't much to start off with, but perhaps it would already be obvious to you where the bug is.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help troubleshoot it. The problem is intermittent, but I do seem to get it at least once-twice a day.

I have it often on mobile when changing networks, it's the anti ai bot anibus that has been implemented on MusicBrainz, so the first hit doesn't work.

I don't know how to fix it.
