Steps to Reproduce / Context

There's a bug here: if all conditions are met (docker), when switching from the Docker tab to the Podman tab, the user can still click Next to continue, instead of waiting for the conditions to be met.

Expected Behavior

This should not continue; we should wait until all conditions are met.

Current Behavior

Under the current circumstances, users can continue even if the conditions are not met.
