Changed: Most children only have 1 dose per season. Select 1st dose if it is the only dose the child is having this season. to: Most children only have a 1st or single dose each flu vaccination season.
The above vaccines don't need hint text for the dose question.

Updated all existing hint text to reflect latest agreed versions. Added hint text and updated dose options for pneumococcal. Updated dose options for MMRV.

Hi @caitlinroach-nhs the pneumococcal hint text is now showing (you did some magic?). Could you review the changes I made if you haven't already. And if you're happy merge. One other thing, the date and site question are not appearing in this branch - but maybe that will get resolved when merged? |

@caitlinroach-nhs I've added a couple of examples of dose info on the vax history screen. I also made 1 more change to the dose hint text for flu - realised I hadn't added the latest version. If you're happy with this, please merge this PR. |

This covers changes to the dose questions for various vaccinations and the change in location of the hint text from individual radio button options to sitting just below the question.
We are now adding this hint text below the H1 for the following vaccines:
Flu (note: dose question will only be asked if the patient is 8 or younger)
"Only select 2nd dose if the child is in an at-risk group and had their 1st ever dose earlier this season"
MenB
"The booster dose is only given as part of the routine infant schedule"
HPV
"Most people aged 24 and under only need a 1st dose of the HPV vaccine"
Td/IPV
"Most people aged 24 and under only need the booster dose of the Td/IPV vaccine"
Pneumococcal
"Most people aged 65 and over only need a 1st dose of the pneumococcal vaccine"
