Installation Instructions / Dependencies?

This looks like a very fascinating tool and I would like to test it! Unfortunately, I cannot find any instructions on the required dependencies, or did I miss them somewhere?

okay, did some reverse engineering and these seems to work for inference:

uv venv .uv/bonnet-venv --python cpython-3.11.2-linux-x86_64-gnu
source .uv/bonnet-venv/bin/activate
uv pip install torch==2.7.1 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118
uv pip install tqdm numpy nibabel omegaconf spconv-cu118 hydra-core wandb distinctipy

the issue is that you need the spconv library, which is only supported up to py3.11 and you need to make sure that the cuda version is the same everywhere. 11.8 seems to work.
